Marina Makax project is developed in a property of 40,652 SF, under the concept of "Small Luxury Marina & Villas", with Caribbean architecture adapted to the natural environment of the region, has three stages of development in which the marina, the first one is finished 100%, the club house, palapa, pool and pool-bar, service building with showers, lookers and rest rooms and the storage building, the second one is almost finished with a 95% of progress, and looking for investors for the third and final stage witch consists on the construction of four buildings, three levels each with a 2 bedroom Villa per floor.

We will have a total of twelve Villas with 2 bedroom each or 24 hotel rooms. This stage will be offered in pre-sales to investors, on condominium regimen. We will offer each Villa owner the maintenance and management of the property, having the choice to rent it as a hotel room, obtaining the benefits of each rent discounting a management services fee. Finally a 1,603 SF two floor building will be built containing the service areas for the staff working in our facilities.
